About the Program

This one-year (12 months) course in the Advanced General Management program offered by the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur is designed to help participants improve their managerial, leadership and decision-making skills across all aspects of management. The participants will develop a mindset for innovation and application of modern management principles to real world business problems.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized University or Institute.
  • Working Professionals with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Corporate Nominated (graduation criteria maybe considered for exemption in cases where participants have some prior experience in the respective domain).
  • On case-to-case basis less experience can be considered.

Certification Criteria
Participants who successfully complete the academic requirements and satisfy the requisite attendance criteria, will be awarded a certificate of completion.
Participants who are unable to clear the evaluation criteria but have the requisite attendance will be awarded a participation certificate.
Any participant who is neither able to clear the evaluation criteria nor satisfies the requisite attendance criteria, will not receive any certificate.
