Executive Certification Programme in Advanced HR Analytics by IIM Rohtak will specifically focus on applied methods and techniques of HR Analytics. The output orientation of the program enables the improvement of the human resource functions in organizations. Participants will learn to use analytical tools such as R, SPSS, Power BI and Tableau in the context of HR business scenarios.
