The world, particularly India, is undergoing enormous changes, and this is an era of innovation. The Indian government has planned and announced major policy initiatives such as "Make in India," SMART Cities, infrastructure development (ports, railways, airports, and highways, among other things), Stand-Up India, Digital India, and many others. This compels corporations, academic institutions, the unstructured SME sector, and aspiring young entrepreneurs to constantly consider developing new and improved products and services, new infrastructure, developing real estate, expanding current manufacturing capacity, developing new manufacturing plants, etc.
As project management becomes more strategic and business-oriented, new and formal approaches are required to address the profession's changes. This project management MDP program teaches tried-and-true strategies and practical hands-on tools to achieve successful project outcomes. The fundamentals of project initiation, selection, planning, execution, control, evaluation, and termination will be learned.
