Director's Message
“Learning never stops” – Working executives with learning agility pick their managerial lessons to encash on the technology enabled growth beyond the chores of the emerging economy. Demands of the industry made us launch the EPGP program tailored to these mid-career executives. At IIM Raipur, we prepare the future managers with a focus of the curriculum on the needs of the contemporary management education by designing and developing the EPGP. Our curriculum focuses on the use of adult-learning pedagogy and has a bias towards using case-study teaching methods and simulated learning using illustrations. In the process, the EPGP participants gain real-insights into management principles, business frameworks, contemporary philosophies, and academic theories, helping them to excel in today’s fast-changing world of business. This 24-months blended learning programme is intensive, involves two-phases of campus-visit as well as online learning engagements to give working executives an opportunity to have a professional rewarding journey in the administrative world. Our EPGP offerings makes concerted efforts in infusing a high level of leadership and management competence in a dynamic, yet resource-constrained environment.

IIM Raipur offers Management Development Programs in different area in management to reflect the evolving realities of business and management practices. The MDPs will provide an opportunity to participants to exchange ideas and gain insights from a diverse range of peers.
IIM Raipur offers Advance Management Development Programs that consist of overseas learning Program (OLP) of two weeks duration and two weeks at Campus in tie up with global & International Business Schools and Institutions, who will facilitate as well as organize both the classes as well as visit to Industry to the Participants.
The Institute offers tailor-made In-Company executive development Programs for Senior and Middle level executives of different organizations including Private, Public and Government Sectors, to maximize their potential by gaining or refining their Management Skills.
