ELIGIBILITY
- A Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduation Degree in any discipline with a minimum 50% aggregate mark or equivalent CGPA.
- 3 Years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience at the time of application.
COURSE PEDAGOGY
The form of delivery would be Blended (Campus and Online), with 12 days of campus Immersion (4 days in each term) out of which 2 campus immersion visits will be mandatory for each participant.
Rest, all sessions will be through a digital platform and shall be delivered LIVE by eminent faculty of IIM Rohtak. Students will also be provided access to Self-Service learning through which they may access webinars, past projects, assessments, notes, alumni testimonials etc. Throughout the duration of the course, students will have the flexibility to approach to the Professors, during the class, or after the class to clear their doubts.

EVALUATION PROSESS
- The end-Term examination will be held in Online mode.
- Apart from End-Term examinations, evaluation may also include Live Projects, Online Assessments, Case Study Discussions, Quizzes, Assignments, and Class Participation.
- The final decision on evaluation methods will rest with the course faculty and may change with prior intimation.
