Programme Pedagogy
This programme would include an eclectic mix of case - based methods of teaching, simulations, problem solving exercises, assignments, roleplay and in-class discussions among the participants.
Since classes are delivered in a synchronized mode, recording shall not be available to the participants. Only in case of medical emergencies or work related assignments, approval shall be given on case to case basis to provide the session recordings.
ELIGIBILITY
- A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any discipline with a minimum 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA)] categories.
- Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience (as on 30th April 2025) after graduation.
- Admission would be offered as per the academic attainments, quality of work experience, and performance in the Written Test & Personal Interview.
| Get an exemption from the test with either one of the following: |
| 1. Minimum 50 Percentile in CAT. |
| 2. Score of at least 500 in GMAT/GMAT Focus. |
| Merit List is prepared based on performance & Admissions will be offered based on merit list. |
| Please note that IIM Shillong considers the following: |
| 1. CAT performance of 2022, 2023 and 2024. |
| 2. Last 5 years’ valid GMAT scores |
