Introduction to Professional Certification in Project Management & Strategic Leadership
Professional Certification in Advanced Project Management & Strategic Leadership is designed to provide project managers with the skills and knowledge they need to lead their teams and organizations towards achieving long-term success.
Through this program, enrolled professionals will learn advanced project management techniques and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, and how to apply these methodologies to ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget and to the desired quality. They will also learn how to set clear goals and objectives, develop a project timeline, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track.

In the Advanced Project Management & Strategic Leadership program, students will gain skills in project management and business leadership. The program will not only cover all project management knowledge areas based on the PMI® A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) - Latest Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc.; the course will also cover the fundamentals of Agile Project Management relevant to industries today.
During the second module of the program, studies go beyond the mechanics of the project and explore the dynamics of managing relationships. The scope of the third module includes stakeholder, client and executive relationship management, organizational culture and cultural pluralism and leading the project team in the project environment.
The fourth module will cover the data driven analytics to improve project performance in uncertainty. The program will include Action Oriented Projects which will give participants the application of the learnings in their workplace along with three hours of professional mentoring with each individual.
In addition to advanced project management, the program also focuses on strategic leadership. Managers will learn how to think long-term and anticipate future challenges and opportunities, develop a vision for their organization and create a plan to achieve that vision.
